I picked up a Traxxas Slash today. I haven't run it yet. I really like the scale look of it compared to my Stampede. It's actually pretty big. Long chassis for good 2wd dirt drifting..............

Some of you have asked me to post some clips of the tricks that I can still kind-of land. So here it is. I've also included a skimmin vid too. This was about 2 years ago, so I'm even rustier now. I don't ride my cruser as much as I'd like. I kinda miss it. I use the fruit boots more now........who'd a thought? I use to sport a 'no fruit booting' sticker on my helmet. Now I love it. It's great exercise.

btw i got a factory team glow igniter does anyone know how long im supposed to charge it for? The guy i bought my car from said 16 hours but the instructions from hpi says 10 hours..???

OK i have a question i was running a lipo it is meant for a airplane give super power it is a 3 cell 1800 Milli amp but u cant run em dry u have to keep like 11 volts do u know if i can change my speed control so that i can run em so i dont have to time myself and worries about running it out and blowing the battier plus is it better to just run with my 7.2volt Ni-cd and got for a brush less for the power ? because i want to get drifts around full road corners and stuff what do i do i'm running ...

also how do you hook up lights to your car?? and where do you buy headlights / taillights / underglow?

Brand new LRP speed controller. 15 turn limit. Includes decal sheet. Used twice. Getting rid of it because it doesn't give you instantaneous full rpm when you give full throttle. Nothing wrong with it. It's just the way it works. Probably better for beginners or for the grip racer. $35

Brand new Novak Lipo low voltage cut off module. Still fresh in the packaging. Was gonna use it with the LRP esc but it didn't happen. $30
